Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Last updated: September 2025
Welcome to the WinnerMeta.win FAQ page. Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about how the site works and what you can expect.
Why do my matches take so long to appear?
Matches may take anywhere from 20 minutes up to 1 hour to appear on WinnerMeta.
This delay happens because:
- We rely on the official PUBG API, which can take time to update.
- Data must be processed and stored before it becomes visible on the site.
If you don’t see your latest matches yet, you can search for your player profile on the Players Page. Once found, your stats will refresh as new data is available.
Do you provide PUBG Mobile stats?
No. WinnerMeta does not support PUBG Mobile. We only provide data for platforms available through the official PUBG API, which includes:
- Steam
- Kakao
- PlayStation (PSN)
- Xbox
If you play on one of these platforms, you can find your profile and stats on WinnerMeta. PUBG Mobile data is not available.
Which game modes are supported?
WinnerMeta processes matches from the following game modes only:
- Solo (both First-Person Perspective and Third-Person Perspective)
- Duo (both First-Person Perspective and Third-Person Perspective)
- Squad (both First-Person Perspective and Third-Person Perspective)
Other game modes (such as Training Mode, Custom Matches, Arcade, or Event Modes) are not processed at this time.
Do you process all PUBG matches?
No. WinnerMeta does not process every single PUBG match, for several important reasons:
- PUBG API Terms of Service - The API explicitly forbids attempting to ingest all match data or estimating the total number of matches globally.
- Resource Constraints - We operate with strict database limits (~200GB maximum) while managing over 200 million telemetry events. Processing all PUBG matches would be impossible within these constraints.
- Priority System - To make the best use of our resources, we prioritize match processing based on:
- Players who have logged in and linked their PUBG account get higher priority
- Recently searched players are refreshed more frequently
- Match samples from the official PUBG API provide representative global data
This approach ensures we can deliver accurate stats while staying compliant with PUBG's API terms and operating within our technical limitations.
How accurate are the stats on WinnerMeta?
While we don’t have every single match globally, our data is:
- Accurate (sourced from the official PUBG API)
- Representative of real in-game trends
- Continuously updated as more players search and matches are discovered
This means the stats and meta insights shown here reflect real player performance and weapon trends.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You are free to delete your account at any time.
Simply visit your Profile Settings when logged in, and you’ll find the option to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Can I change my linked Steam account, email, or app appearance?
Yes. By visiting your Profile Settings while logged in, you can:
- Change or update your linked Steam account.
- Update your email address.
- Customize the appearance of the app to your preferences.
All changes are applied instantly to your account.
Why can’t I find my player?
If your player profile doesn’t appear right away:
- Make sure you’ve typed your PUBG username correctly.
- Search for your profile on the Players Page.
- Once your profile is found, your stats will start updating automatically.
If the profile still doesn’t appear after some time, it may be due to API restrictions or recent account changes.
Is WinnerMeta affiliated with PUBG or KRAFTON?
No. WinnerMeta is an independent fan-made project.
We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, or endorsed by PUBG Corporation or KRAFTON. All PUBG trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners.
